ANNUAL MEETING, NEW DIRECTORS & TRAINING PROVIDER CONSULTATION

Notice is given to all current associate and regular members that the 2020 Annual Meeting is scheduled for Friday 31 July 2020.

Inaugural Annual Meeting

This meeting will be held online at 12:30pm (Pacific/Los Angeles Time) and members can access the GotoMeeting URL and login details on the Event Page (login required) available later this week.

The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Members may request the Board of Directors to add other matters to the agenda (under “other business”) if sent to info@itra.international no later than 17th July. Such requests will be managed in accordance with the bylaws of the association (available in ITM).

Welcome to our new Directors

Following seeking nominations for two board vacancies on April 29, we are pleased to announce that Randy MacLean (Canada) and Tom Hales (UK) have both been appointed to the Board of Directors.

Both positions were uncontested meaning a vote by membership was not required.

Recognised Training Provider scheme – consultation

In response to feedback on the earlier proposed Preferred Training Provider scheme, the Board has considered feedback to provide an alternative model that is more simplistic, does not create tiers, and protects the independent nature of assessment.

A copy of the proposed scheme is now available to members under ITM Documents along with a link for submissions/feedback.

Feedback closes on 15 June 2020. We encourage all members to have their say on this revised scheme.
